Hey! I saw in the other post that you're planning on using Carino's for your rehearsal dinner. I'm pretty sure that's what FI and I have decided on too, except we'd use the location on 1604 near Blanco. I haven't actually gotten a chance to go in and talk with them yet, so I was gonna ask if you had any idea what kind of prices they were offering for their menu. Do you get to pick a few entrees for a special menu or do they have an event type menu already set up? Do you know if your location has a party room that they'd let you use (I'd hope if one location has one the other would too!)?     Well, what I am doing is the party pans/buffet, which is what they told me is easiest since I have 50 ppl that will be attending. If you have a smaller party then they can do a sit-down. I am choosing two different entrees for people to choose from, ceasar salad, bread of course, beverages, and dessert. Also, I will be having carafes of wine to be served to guests--the price for the wine was not included on the invoice they sent me. It will just be added to the tab the day of. The location we chose does have a patio room (party room) that is enclosed and air conditioned and that's where they are seating us. I would call the 1604/Blanco location just to verify that their location does as well. Most Carino's do so I'm sure it will be fine. The overall price is very reasonable, especially if you do the party pans/buffet. Let me know if you want any other info. Hope this helps : )
