Aren't you supposed to work wtih client's schedules? For the most part, I like the realtor we are working with. She made a few mistakes but nothing big. I sent her an email this morning asking if we could go back to the house. I'd like to take measurements of some rooms, take a look again at what needs to be painted, DH wants to look at the backyard, and of course, I want to take pictures. Unfortunately, DH is basically managing 300 people in addition to his team this week so he's stuck at work until 4:00 pm. I let her know this and she said that she's only available between 11 am and 3 pm. I know that this house is sort of far from her office, but at the same time...we're her clients and we can't get into the house without her. We don't want to wait until closing to go to the house to do all of this as we want to start doing work the day after.
