Mayfair Hotel

Danithebride, I saw that you're having your reception at the Mayfair? Any thoughts you'd like to share? Anyone else have any feedback on the Mayfair?? This is my top choice right now and I'd really appreciate any opinions(good or bad). Thanks ladies!

    My bestfriend rented there for her honeymoon night, we (herself and her bridesmaids) got ready there at the suit she rented. It was not bad at all.

    I think it's stunning. The only thing I tried to get past was the fact that I have always partied right there, in the midst of it all... and I wasn't sure I wanted to get married there. But who knew - I am getting married on SOBE (can't get anymore party than that)... so I guess that throws it out the window.I think it is very overlooked, their prices aren't bad and based on the pictures, it is absolutely stunning (pool-side and all). It was pretty much everything I was looking for except location and no ocean-front. I believe those were deal-breakers for me personally

    Hello, I rented there for the day of my wedding and my husband and I spent our first night there!  We had a great expereince and it was one of our top choices for our reception, but the fountains in the garden area were under construction and was not going to be done in time for our wedding so we had to choose another venue. The young lady we were working with at the time was name Ula and she was extremely helpful and patient with us.  I do not know if she still works there but, all in all I recommend the Mayfair!!! I hope this was helpful! =)

    My sister got married there in 2006 (right after they finished the renovations) and her wedding was beautiful. Her ceremony was in the Pam Terrace. I would have considered it as my venue had she not gotten married there.

    I think the Mayfair is great. Definitely has a Miami feel. Very unique. We set up a room block for our guests there, they have been easy to work with. The reception rooms looked really nice as well, but we already had our venue.

    DH and I spent our wedding night and the night after at the Mayfair. It was an amazing hotel. The hot tub in the room was awesome to have. The bathrooms are gorgeous. We loved how big they were. We spent part of Sunday relaxing by the fountains and it was great.
