is anyone getting married in the outer banks right on the beach? or know of any places right now the beach that are pretty private yet pretty? i live in MD but getting married in the outer bankswe were thinking about renting a house on the beach and getting married right there, the houses are sooo expensive and you HAVE to get a week rental. any ideas?

    i looked into that, my friends cousin rented a house in the outer banks i think in coralla and did not have to get a permit, so thats what im hoping, but ill double check to make sure. thanks yeah i didnt mean to post it on this one thanks

    I recommend kill devil hills for the location. I would rent 'bobcats lair' (or as my family calls it 'the big house'). It has a wrap around porch, fire place, & 5 bed rooms. 2 of the rooms have 2 twin beds in them. If a group of family or friends rents it, the price per couple/family goes down quick. Awful Arthur's is a short walk away (2 blocks). Since you are doing a DW why not turn it into a week long vacation? There's golf, kitty hawk, art villages, and the pier.
