Great Vendors that I'm Working With

Hi Everyone!

I haven't been on here in a few months, I've been off planning my wedding. I am 95 days away and while I have the bulk of my wedding planned we still have some items to cross off the list. I've come across some really great vendors (well maybe I am biased) and wanted to share with everyone.

Venue (both Ceremony & Reception)
Greystone at Piedmont Park
**we got a really great deal with the Friday steal of a deal and a military discount.

Dress
Bel Fiore Bridal
**Found a really great dress for a really great price, plus everyone who works there is really nice and helpful. My dress just came in a month ahead of schedule. I picked it up Friday to store at my mom's house before we start alterations mid-March.

Cater
Affairs to Remember
**My Fiancée and I are huge foodies and are doing an amazing 4 course seated tapas style dinner with food from around the world. Chris and Ashley with Affairs are AMAZING, it was such a pleasure doing the various tastings and talking through our vision of the big day. All I know is that our guests better come ready to eat!

Photographer
Sherri Zellers
**Sherri has a wonderful and fresh approach to photography that is perfect for us. We are not the most traditional couple and she has the perfect mix of the traditional/journalistic/artistic style of photography the we both like.

Invitations
Michaels
**I really didn't think I would go the Michaels route but they actually had some cute, fun and modern styles that were not expensive. We had braced ourselves to spend a lot of money on invitations and we ended up only spending $163 on 150 invitations (they were on sale!), granted we had to print them out and assemble them ourselves but it was totally worth it and everyone keeps saying how good they look. A big tip is make sure you buy enough to practice on (because you never now, trust me on this one!).

More updates to come as we get closer to signing contracts with our baker, florist and dj!

Happy planing to my fellow Atlanta Brides!

I booked Affairs too and am so excited!

What florist are you using? I am trying to find someone good.

For florists, I would recommend Birch Blooms, Unique Floral Expressions, Heather Oliver with Stylish Stems, and Southern Bouquets.

We are using Darrly Wiseman Flowers.  Do do beautiful work.  We are working with Richard and he is so great.  He did some arrangements for us to preview and they were amazing and the pricing was really good.
