Yesterday we had spaghetti with mozz sticks, I have NO idea for the rest of the week...or tonight. I hope I can read this later and come up with something.

Yesterday (Monday) - cajun BBQ burgers, corn on the cob, and sweet potato fries.

Today (Tuesday) - cheese tortellini and smoked chicken sausage with marinara

Wednesday - marinated chicken, rice, and veggies

Thursday - Sunday - we'll be out of town for my dad's wedding!

Mon - Grilled veggie thin crust pizza with caprese salad

Tues - A chicken and avocado tostada thing (FI picked out that recipe and I haven't looked at it yet) not sure what the side dish is for that either.

Wed - Leftovers

Thurs - Grilled honey chipotle chicken wings (it's a Bobby Flay recipe and it's absolutely DELICIOUS) with grilled corn on the cob

Fri - Leftovers

Unless I stop and get some procuitto I'll be making it with ham. It's fairly easy and really good. I don't have a meat mallet so I use my plastic rolling pin. I'm sure the neighbors wonder what the heck I'm doing as it sounds like I'm hammering something trying to flatten out the chicken breasts. I also don't bother cutting them into pinwheels. As soon as they come out of the oven they go on plates and we eat.

ETA-I suck at meal planning in advance so that's why there's only the one meal. I also work really late three nights this week so FI is on his own those nights. Last night he had leftover pizza and I had some Chef Boyardee ravioli at work. I have no ideas about the rest of the week.

Ok, I need to come to your guys' house to eat dinner it looks like

Whenever I am in the mood for somehing new, I just jump over to Pinterest and type in whatever meat I have in the search bar. New recipes are always popping up!!

Tonight we are having parmasean crusted tilapia. SO GOOD!

Mon: I was sick and he was working, so both separate (Amy's frozen macaroni and cheese for me, falafel takeout for him)
Tues: No idea what for him, and I'm going out with a friend to a Qdoba
Wed: ...? Our only night in, and I'm going grocery shopping tonight. Probably sausage and peppers sandwiches.
Thurs: I have my first shower! It's potluck! FI is on his own for dinner yet again!
Fri: I am thinking I may be super-duper lazy and make English muffin pizzas, ha ha.

Last night was meatless Monday, so veggie burgers. I didn't like the Trader Joe's ones as much though. Tonight if FI plays softball, I'm on my own, so probably teriyaki chicken or something. Then I think we have pork chops and shepards pie on the board for the rest of the week.

This weeks is FI week to meal plan. I like that I don't have to cook but I usually have to remind him to add in some veggies

Last night was hot dogs and fries
Tonight will be waffles and eggs (I have to try to convince him to make them from scratch and not frozen)
tomorrow will be barbque chicken and I am not sure for the rest of the week.

tonight was supposed to be either chicken stir fry or veggie/chicken pizza made on pita bread rather than pizza crust (yum) but i'm tired and FI won't be home until late so we'll see how it goes.
