Wedding Woes

Action, action, we want action!

We have all the baby stuff. There is nothing more to clean.  I'm scraping half-loads of laundry together each day just to kill 10 minutes.  The dishes are done as soon as they're put in the sink.Bills for the month are paid. There is nothing to watch on tv.  Nothing.Come on!  I'm ready!Son and I are so bored.  I'm not *supposed* to leave the house, so there's not much for us to do.  His grandparents have come to take him out for a few hours a couple times just so he's not cooped up in the house and I've taken him to the movies (G-Force is a horrible movie, btw).As of yesterday I'm only 1cm dilated.  My BP was still a little high so I'm off work for the duration of this pregnancy.  I've got another appointment next Tuesday.  Doc says we'll talk about induction then.

I was thinking about you yesterday.Sorry you're so bored.  Maybe rent some movies?  (I know that even gets boring after awhile though).

Sucks that you're bored, but it's good your feeling well otherwise.  Do you have any freezer meals?  That was something I did when I was bored. I like zilla's ideas too.  Crafts are fun.

HA!  I just asked about you this morning.  I'm sorry you're bored.  :(  Can you go out for an hour or two and take Son to the library or something?

Sex, spicy food or Wii could possibly get things moving ...

I made a rather large Cubs fleece tie blanket for Son's bed last week.  It was my first one and I guess it turned out ok.  He loves it and he had a blast helping me, which surprised me.  I couldn't believe he had the patience for it. We did go to the library on Monday and got a few books. I've also resorted to rubbing all my pressure points I found online, though I'm not convinced I believe they actually work.  :)I wasn't planning to do freezer meals, but I'm rethinking it.  I honestly was just going to rely on my mom and MIL to feed us, haha.  But I may get a few things made and put in the freezer just in case.

PLease don't get induced unless medically neccessary.  The baby will come out when IT'S ready.  Suck it up.

I agree with the cards suggestion, and the crafts. Is there a pool nearby that you and son could go to? Although maybe at that point pools aren't allowed -- I don't know the rules of birthin' babies.

I don't want to be induced.  The doctor will decide on Tuesday how long he wants me to be pregnant.  I'd rather things happen on their own.
