hmmm wow girls we need to get this board going! So I decided to ask a random question.....Is anyone using any vintage/older songs to incorporate with their vintage theme.....will all of the music be older, or will just a few song.....share your play list if you like!

    Our original idea was to sort of have all ratpack type music playing.  We are actually just having a small dinner reception at a nice restaurant and so we probably won't have any music at all or at least no dancing.  It depends on what restaurant we choose.  But later that night we'll be going out with some friends, so we will be dancing then....and most likely it will be in a club.

    We are going to have older music played during the cocktails/dinner (Billie Holiday, Frank Sinatra, that sort of thing) and then play more modern music after so people will get up and dance!

    we are mixing in older music in with the modern. Check out the Detriot Cobra's they are an amazing cover band that covers all the old hits and they have several CDs. "Baby" is a really good one they have :)

    we are playing swing music, I'm so excited :) mixed with some "modern", but nothing newer than the 90s!
