Desperately Seeking Funky Shoes

Have any of you girls bought your shoes yet? If so, where did you find them? I don't want the typical white or dyeable shoes. I am looking for a peep toe pump in a blue or dark purple. I have also heard there are a lot of good places to find shoes in Austin, I am just not aware of where they are located. I have my bridals next month, so I would appreciate any recommendations.

    I found a lot of great shoes on Zappos.com and Endless.com or even BlueFly.com for the more upscale shoes - so you might get lucky! I looked for months, and could not find exactly what I wanted in the right color. So, I ended up buying a white satin pair that I love and am going to have them custom dyed. They are nopt 'dyeable' shoes though - they are by Martinez Valero. I also considered a nice pair of white satin Calvin Kleins...so if you find shoes you love, and they have them in white satin, you can take them to a shoe repair shop like Austin Shoe Hospital and they will custom dye them for you. Just something to keep in mind.

    I got some purple ones on Zappos.com. Love them. I have to admit that I am trying not to look at others because I might end up with too many to choose from.

    I also recommend the online stores metioned by the pps.  Some local shoe stores that I love are Emeralds, Fetish, and Goodie Two Shoes, and as always, DSW.

    bought my (in my opinion) awesome shoes on endless.com check my bio for pictures. they were aqua peep toe, 4 inches.
