I was having problems with billing 3 months after the wedding with Breckenridge Hospitality/Vail Resorts and Mountain Thunder Lodge. I took the advice of one of the Knotties here and called the GM of the hotel. She had the problem resolved and credited my dad the appropriate amount within 5 minutes. Thanks for the suggestion! I only wish I had called the GM much earlier in the process to complain about all the other stuff that Breckenridge Hospitality had done wrong.
