bridesmaid dresses

i really need advice for bridesmaid dresses. my wedding colors are going to be ivory, green, and blush pink. the groom and groomsman are wearing black tuxes with camo vests. our wedding is august 28th which is usually pretty warm and most times can get pretty humid in pa that time of year. we are on a pretty fixed budget and hae agreed that we don't want to go over board on the attire of the wedding. in fact i am getting my dress from a second hand shop like a reuzit shop or goodwill, a store something like that, because i personally don't believe in buying and spending hundreds of dollars on a dress i am only going to wear once. plus two of my bridesmaids (there will hopefully be five of them) have told me they don't want to spend a lot and they think a sundress style dress would be appropriate for the weather and keep costs down. i am thinking that i am going to have them wear green for the bridesmaid dresses one reason being my sister who is a bridesmaid said she isnt wearing pink. all of the bridemaids i have in mind to ask are all different sizes, three of them are more on the plus size than the others, the other two are thinner which includes one of them who is actually a junior bridesmaid. where could i go to look for sundress style dresses that pretty looking but inexpensive since we agreed on something simple but yet pretty that they could wear again. does anyone had any ideas of a nice looking dress or ideas in that area. i live in lancaster county, pennsylvania and just stuck on where to look. as far as shoes go the groomsman at request of the groom are all wearing new tan workboots and the bridesmaids are all going to wear flip flops (mainly because i am shorter that all my bm and this would make them even taller than me). i could really use some ideas. thanks bunches.

you could just tell them all to go buy a green dress that they like. a lot of people do this. you just need to be prepared that you may have different shades and styles. they could buy whatever they like for whatever amount and at whatever store. if youre not picky, this may be your best choice.

    1) There are a lot of bridal dress hoppes that sell wedding gowns for under %100.2) Just like pp, maybe go to AA or DB and pick up a green swatch of fabric for each girl and have them match it as close as they can in a style and price they like. 3) a lot of bridal stores also have BM dresses on sale or discontinued. Sizes that you can still order just going to be discontinued. HTH.
