My friend used www.f8studio.com and www.boothbooth.com They are the same people. Her pictures were amazing!  But....wow pricey!  Has anyone used these guys.  I am told buy them that for your wedding you really should not skimp on the photographer.  I don't know....maybe I'm weird.  Okay probably so, but there work is great!  I only wish I could afford them.  I'm going to try really hard too.  :D

    F8 is amazing, no question.  They were out of my budget.  I agree you shouldn't skimp on photography, but I think there are still great higher-end photographers out there that aren't as pricey.

    Wow...I don't know where my brain is today.  I didn't finish my thought about maybe I am weird.  I just am not interested in doing bridals.  I'm interested in engagement photos for sure.  Then some action shots at the ceremony and reception.  That's really it.  Am I crazy.....tell me why you guys do them.  OH and totally want to do trash the dress!!

    I subbed the bridal session included in my package for a TTD session... so, I don't think you are crazy.

    I'm not doing bridals.  I'm just going to have my photographer take pictures of me alone in my dress the day of.  I may TTD at some point though!

    Okay...that's what I was thinking.  I am also doing our portraits before the ceremony.  Anyone else doing that?  Just so we don't miss cocktail hour...lol

    We're going to do as many pictures as we can before the ceremony without seeing each other.  My venue brings us cocktails and appetizers during our formal portraits so that's nice!

    we are going to do the private reveal where it's just you, your FI and the photography before the ceremony and he looks at you for the first all made up. Because we are starting the ceremony so late I want to get to partying as quickly as possible! :p Plus I'll be starving so I wanted all the pictures done before and then we'll take like 5 or 10 minutes to ourselves before going to the reception. I know a few brides on here that did the private reveal and the photos are great!

    I didn't do bridals.  I did epics, had some alone pics of me on the wedding day and then I did TTD pics. :)

    Our coordinator at the stoneleigh suggested that we have our photographer let us have a special moment right before we see each other if we choose to do this before the ceremony.

    Not weird! I didn't want bridals, engagements (nor bouquet or garter toss nor toasts for that matter). We ended up doing engagements but for like $100 with Kristina Fanelli who did AWESOME- I've never had so many compliments on photos and because of our wedding package the bridals were basically included for little to no more so as you know, I am doing them at Stoneleigh. I figured all along I might change my mind about bridals once I had the dress but what really changed my mind was FI saying something like I had this picture I really wanted of you in your dress (a bridal type)- I was floored he would even think about that! Photography is probably my biggest splurge. I'm using eye catch design and still think they are relatively reasonable. Also doing formals before ceremony and private reveal with FI before,

    Try onelifephoto.com! You can do engaements, bridals, and the wedding easily! They are extremely talented and very affordable. I highly recommend them!
