  I love ours. We had a guy design them for a fantastic price. We sent them to everyone we invited. You can view ours in my soggy and see details in my bio.

  We designed our own through magnetstreet.com using their templates.  We then added our own touch to them by making stickers for people to mark their calendars with.  We sent them to everyone we invited.

  I designed a small magnet through vistaprint - it was cute and super cheap if you sign up for the emails they send with coupons.

  I designed mine in photoshop and got them printed through Vistaprint I had a 4x8 'card' front and back, and a small magnet. I too sent them to my entire guest list!

  I got magnets from Vistaprint.  I only sent them to family and close friends.  I didn't want to send them to someone I might not want to invite in a few months.

  We sent out magnets from www.agiftfulheart.com - I can't say enough good things about them! They turned out really nice & we got many compliments on them.
  
  To answer your other question, we sent out to close friends & family. Basically anyone that we knew we were definitely inviting.

  I just sent ours out this week to the entire guest list.  We do have an A and B list, so it obviously only went to the A list.  I did a postcard with our e-pic from Vistaprint (super cheap)...it's actually my siggy.
