    You have a long distance BM?  That's fine.  One of mine lives about 6 hours away.  Be understanding if she can't make it to showers or bach.parties.  If you choose BM dresses from Davids Bridal or Alfred Angelo she can easily go to the nearest one to determine the correct size and order her dress.  If you are ordering from a different designer you may need to make the choice without her.  She can tell you her measurements and the dress order can be placed.
