More bridesmaids?

Problem: when out with my long time g/f's, my bff since 4yr old makes reference to her being in my wedding. She was my maid of honor for my first wedding, and my other bff (since 4 yr old too) was in my 1st wedding also. I was just trying to keep this totaly simple and had asked my bff whom was the reason my fiance and I met, to be my m-o-h! I am not changing this but was not planning on having any other persons in the wedding besides my g/f & my daughter. Q: should I ask my long time bff's to be in the wedding to save face? (my fiance doesn't care 1 way or the other really)

    I probably would. There no big difference to you but obviously it means a whole lot to her

    I think its up to you. If you feel as if you want her to be in the wedding then yes. If you feel like you want her in it to be nice, then no. Let her know you wanted to keep it small and let her know that shes important part of you life and ask her to do a reading or make a speech at reception.

    Tough call. I guess it would matter why exactly you were planning it to be "simple?" Whatever you choose to do, be upfront with the ladies sooner rather than later. Less hurt feelings that way. :)
