Dress cleaning

I finally took my dress out of my trunk and got a look at it, it's filthy!! I'm planning to sell it eventually so I definitely need to get it cleaned, any suggestions on where to take it that won't cost me a small fortune? Thanks!

    My mom took mine to the local cleaners ( Smith Family Cleaners on Harborview Road -- James Island ) She said it was 100 bucks, she didn't have my veil cleaned or get it preserved or anything like that. I live in VA so it's hanging in the closet in my old bedroom.
