RSVP Wording

Would any of you ladies be willing to share your RSVP wording and layout?  Any examples will be helpful, especially the ones where the guests' names are written out on the RSVP.  Thanks for your help :)

    Our RSVPs are sayng "kindly reply before the first of july." then... We'll be attending! _________________ We can't make it...__________________ # of guests attending: _____

    We just got a wedding invitation in the mail that includes a food options.  Here's what it looks like:Please respond by September 20, 2009M______________________Guest's First Name ___________Chicken____  Walleye____Guest's First Name ___________Chicken____   Walleye________ Sorry, we are unable to attendHTH!

    I spent hours debating this one myself! I ended up combining a bunch of examples together as I too wanted to know what each guest wanted to eat, not Hanson family-2 chicken 1 steak...  When printing these I had 5 different versions, all with the same wording but with different number of "name" lines, up to 5 (that was the biggest family I invited, but if I needed more than that I was going to just send two response cards). I made these postcard style, since there was no "sensitive information" i.e. wedding date, location on them...best part is they only needed 21 cent stamps!  I am enjoying mailbox stalking these right now and so far everyone has filled them out appropriately...including my 20 something friends and my 80 year old relatives :) Any questions let me know, I would be happy to share,  jen_ann85 at hotmail dot com So here it is!   The favor of a reply is requested by August 31st, 2009 ___See you there! ___Sorry, can't make it!   Name:___________________________________ []chicken minnesota  []top sirloin  []kid's mealName:___________________________________[]chicken minnesota  []top sirloin  []kid's meal
