Shoes?

Can anyone help with suggestions for what type of shoes to wear during the ceremony and wedding.... I have a dress fitting in less than 2 weeks and I thinking I should get my shoes before I go? Any suggestions on something comfy to wear? Thank you!

you should def get your shoes bra and slip before you go to your first dress fitting. they need to see if the hem is right. i have a 2 1/2 inch heel with my dress. get whatever shoes you feel comfortable in.

When my dress came in, I figured out what heel height I'd need to make the hem work without alterations (luckily it was about what I wanted anyway). I has spent extra when ordering the dress to have it made slightly shorter, so now I don't have to spend even more for that alteration.Just make sure that you are comfortable in whatever you get. You know your feet. I got slip on sandals so I know that I won't have issues with the back of the heel where I normally get blisters. And I have a nice comfy pair of flip flops to change into at the reception (and got all of my girls the same)  :)

Definitely choose something you are comfortable and stable in. It never hurts to have a backup for the reception in case your feet give out. I found a pair of white wedge flippies that rescued me around 8pm that night.
