    Its only 8 am and im already in a pissy mood :( SOMEONE ate all of my english muffins and didnt take a new package o ut of the freezer so I was stuck having toast for breakfast. I hate toast because it gets hard and its like having goop on melba toast for breakfastB - garbage :( A butter on 1.5 pieces of horrible toast, protein drink in one cup 1% milk watered down to make 2 cups.L - chicken and vegetable soup, nectarine and 2 clementinesS - fruit and nut barD - TBD. Depending on whether its storming by then I may have beans from my garden, i may just have broccoliE - boxing and core excersizes w/ trainer, 30 min cardio
  • Good morning.  I stayed up way to late last night.  It is super hot here today.  FI took almost 5 days worth of lunches to work this morning leaving me with nothing.  My day is not going so well so far. b-strawberry and yogurt smoothie l-turkey sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato s-peach and cucumber salad d-grilled chicken and squash and maybe a salade-bike ride this morning, either 30 day shred or biggest loser bootcamp this afternoon
  • Took a break for a week because my entire family was here and it was a little ridiculous, I didn't even have time to get on TK. I start grad school today and am pretty nervous so I'm either going to gain or lose weight this week...it really depends on how much stress eating I do. Blah... B-acai apple granola and ff milk S-coffee and nuts with a few chocolate chips L-tbd, current students are taking us out D-tbd FI is cooking for me. I told him healthy, we'll see how that translates E-probably none unless I go to the gym late. Def. walking dogs 3 miles.
  • pre-workout - bananaB - scrambled eggs w/salsa, turkey sausageS - orangeL - chicken wrap on whole grain tortillaS - appleD - TBDE - Ran just over 2 mi intervals this morning - maybe I'll do a second workout this evening, but don't know what yet

  • ugh, i did terrible this weekend, and now i feel gross.  back on track today...b - weight control oatmeal, bananas - f1 barl - turkey on arnold thin, small salads - frozen grapes, string cheesed - tbd, FI's cookings - skinny cow sandwich.e - 30 mins on elliptical, L3 of 30DS
  • B: Scrambled eggs L: Turkey sandwich, cottage cheese D: Panfried flounder, broccoli, pasta S: Baby carrots, beef jerky E: Hour of Jazzercise class, 30 minutes of weights at home.

  • Fridge was pretty sad this morning. B-banana, coffee S-none, boo. L-chicken soup, sf pudding, light soy milk S-peach D-some sort of grilled chicken and zucchini w/ parmesan cheese E-didn't get up to run this am, so The Shred and maybe yoga or a walk tonight
