Rehearsal Dinner Venues

My fiance and I are beginning to look into a place to hold our rehearsal dinner.  We are expecting 40-50 guests, and are wanting to keep it on the cheaper side.  Does anyone have any recommendations on a venue that would hold a fair amount of people and serve great food at a fairly reasonable price??  Thanks!

    We are having our rehearsal dinner at the spaghetti works in the old market. I believe we are paying $11.99/person for unlimited pop and pasta and bread. As long as you have around 50 ppl, there is no room charge. HTH! :)

    We are doing it at The Old Mattress Factory downtown. I wasn't even aware they had a space, but the whole upstairs in a private room. It's a really cool atmosphere and they are very flexible.

    I love the matress factory. We alomost booked our reception there upstairs! I would also look into Anthony's steakhouse. Very nice and  they do a wonderful job. Prices...Im not too sure about.

    The Upstream Brewery downtown is awesome. They are super helpful have several different buffet and sit down options. You could even do apps. and pizza for pretty cheap. The food is great and the desserts are made from scratch. They brew their own beer and rootbeer.

    We are having ours at Sortino's! They said it isn't uncommon for people to reserve the large tables in the party room in the back for rehearsal dinners. Also, oddly enough, I once attended a baby shower there!

    My future MIL booked Piccolo Petes, I hear its really good but I have never been there! I am planning this wedding from a distance and will not be moving to Omaha until September. Anybody have any reviews for Piccolo Petes?

    We had ours at Anthony's Steakhouse.  It was awesome! Not sure on the pricing, but I don't think they were too bad.  They have a really nice area away from the rest of the restaurant for you.  I heard only good things from our guests as well.
