My SIL and I were chatting about wedding stuff and she related a story to me about a call she got this week.SIL works for a company that rents properties on the beach in SoCal.A bride to be called her and was looking for a reception venue for her wedding, which is in two weeks, because she had just been notified via snail mail that the venue she had selected and PAID FOR was going out of business and would not be able to accomodate her.Nothing in the letter about receiving a refund either.SIL is working on her boss to help this girl out...but can you imagine her stress level right now?Totally sucky. I would be hysterical. What a nightmare.
