Hey Has anyone worked with vinwood before? We found a place that we like but vinwood is the only vendor you can use. We're just brain storming the few places that we have found. The prices were higher than what we can work with. So my question would be has anyone used them and has anyone talked them down? The prices wouldnt be that bad if the cost of the venue rental wasnt so high even with a 20% discount on the rental for 175 pl+

    Vinwood is outstanding. I've been to a few weddings they have done and the food and service is fantastic.

    Vinwood was one of the four prefered vendors where we are getting married and by far the most expensive in the bunch. I was told that they have great food and even better service but we did not feel comfortable throwing down all that money if they would not offer us a tasting.I would go in and tell them your price point and see what they can come up with from there. If you are still on the fence after that, I would see if you can pay the venue some sort of service fee to for bringing in someone else.

    Vinwood's food is amazing. They are based out of Ipswich (which is where I grew up) so I have had the opportunity of eating their food on a number of occasions at different events, etc. My best friend used them or her wedding in 2007 at the Topsfield Common and everyone is still raving about the food!

    We're using them for our Dec. wedding, their prices are really reasonable off-season, plus we are getting a free cake from them. They are really really nice.
