Info cards, programs what should I do???

Hello everyone. Just need some advise. I sent out invitations... with basic info stating what time the ceremony was and where in Vegas. At the bottom of the invite all I stated was Dinner to follow... What should I do now that I have my numbers and that I know where I am having the reception... Should I send a followup to the invitation with the reception details and the timelines for the day ... or should I just include this in a program?? the day of ?? I have a feeling some people are not aware that there will be a reception even though I did indicate Dinner to follow. Any idea??? HELP sos

If you have all your def. "yes" rsvp's....and if the wedding isn't too far off....it might be a fun idea to create a wedding program/brochure detailing more about the day's events (ceremony, reception, etc...) and if rooms are blocked off and really anything else you want your guests to know. Then mail this out to your guests who replied "yes."  At least then they have more info. before hand and you won't have to worry about communicating this the day of the wedding. I had created a wedding program off Vista Point (see my bio). Chaotic Kiss created one two...it's pictured under the "Vegas Tips(Not $ Kind)" on one of the other pages I think.

We have printed out business card sized items with cut graphics and the details of the reception. We included those in invites as we had already printed the invitations before we made reception arrangements. We are also passing them out at the wedding to remind everyone and because i'm afriad that people may not have paid attention in the wedding invites because of the way i tucked them in.
