Gulf Drive Cafe & Tiki - someone help!

My fiance and I are planning a wedding for July of 2013 (far away, I know) in Anna Maria, Florida. We live in Pittsburgh, but got engaged there, so it really holds a lot of good memories for us. Last summer, we ate at Gulf Drive Cafe & they were in the process of building the tiki area. Now that we are reviewing places we would potentially have our wedding/reception, I really need some help!

I looked at the Gulf Drive Cafe & Tiki's website and there wasn't really a whole lot of information on weddings. Has anyone had a wedding there and can tell me what exactly comes with the rental packages? I found the catering menu and that wasn't a big deal, but I'm curious as to what comes with the packages.

Any advice/help is grealty appreciated! Even if it doesn't deal specifically with Gulf Drive Cafe... any other places will do so I can compare and contrast.

    We got married there this past June!  It was absolutely wonderful!!

    We used Sand Petal Weddings for all the planning so they took care of the contract with the Gulf Drive Cafe & Tiki.  I would highly recommend them as well.  Check out their website at www.sandpetalweddings.com

    We looked at the Gulf Drive Tikis and they weren't quite finished so we went elsewhere, but since they are done, they are beautiful! Right on the road though, so if you are looking for a little privacy, this wouldn't be the place for you. We ended up at The Sandbar and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend you check them out as well :)
