Pelham House Resort?

I'm considering the Pelham House Resort for a fall 2010 wedding.  I have only seen it online so far.  Has anyone been there or booked it?  I want to do a tented reception and rent the 7 BR house for us and the wedding party.  Any thoughts??

    Check out the Cape Cod List a few posts down...I think there is a 2010 bride who is having her wedding there, you could try paging her on the board. GL!

    Christy - did you decide on the Pelham house? I was interested in this property as well and wanted to see if you ended up booking. I can't find the other post with the details - let me know if you remember what it is called. Thanks!

    Hi, we actually decided to go to the Bahamas and take our family and a couple close friends with us.  The cost of everything was getting to be a lot and with having to rent the tent, china, etc., it was becoming more work than fun for me.  I never found the thread and I didn't have a chance to look at the Pelham House either.  From the pictures on the website, it looks really nice.  The only problem I had with it was the small house to the side of the property(that was what I wanted to rent for the wedding party) is only bedrooms, they don't have a common area for everyone to hang out, so I thought that would be a little weird?  Anyway, the location looks beautiful and they were very nice when I called for additional informaiton, so good luck with your search!  If you are looking for private homes for the reception, let me know I did a lot of research on them and have a little list going.
