Bridesmaids Dresses...please help

First off..a big Hello to all the knotties that I dont know as I've been MIA for a few months....Anyways, I was wondering where everyone is getting/got their bridesmaids dresses. I found an "After Six" style I liked on Dessy.com but Im wondering if its best to go to a local retail store or order them online...half of my bridesmaids live in NJ and im not sure what would be easiest for them. TIA :)

    My girls ordered Bill Levkoff dresses they tried in store online at Pearls place for 1/2 the $$

    All but one of my girls lives OOT - you will save a lot by using pealrs place, rk bridal, ebridal superstore. Try ordering them all from one vendor if you can that way they will all be from the same dye lot. ps - I missed seeing you on here!

    pearls place or rkbridals. RKbridal in actually in NY so that may work out. It is a big savings to use them and they quality is the same. I got a BM dress for a wedding I am in in Oct at Pearls Place and it worked out just fine. Call them and get the pricing from both.

    We got our Dessy After Six dresses from bridesmaids.com - its a store in NYC right by RK. They came pretty quickly and were really nice quality!

    I'm getting mine from the Priscilla of Boston store in NJ (Short Hills) for a couple reasons. 5 of my 7 BMs are in NJ/NY, there is no tax on clothes there and there will be no shipping since they can pick up the dresses. Plus PoB more or less matched Pearls Place prices for me.

    I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Pearl's Place. It took the full 3 months to get them but they look amazing!! I recommend them 100%!

    Call Pearls Place and RK Bridal to see if they have the dress you like for a discount.My BM's are in NY and Jersey too so we communicated via email to narrow it down and then I had them go to the local stores to try on and see what they liked.In the end, the price was cheaper at Pearls but Prisicilla of Boston (where the dresses are from) Matched the price! HTH>

    I ordered my girls from Pearl's Place.  But I haven't received them yet, so I guess I am not too much help! But they were helpful on the phone. Tyler

    I would second RK Bridal, since your girls are in NJ - they could make it a fun day trip there and try them on too. RK also price matches by 5% too.

    Def. go to RK Bridal in the city. I was there today and have been a couple times in the past. Very affordable and they have SO many dresses. 39th between 8th and 9th ave
