  A friend used Ways. She was happy with them. She never said anything about having a contract or not. That being said something big like that I would not do without a contract. Additionally, the friend who used them did say that Ways used carnations as a cost cutting measure. The friend was cool with that and did know in advance but that would never have flown with me. They said when a bunch of carnations are put together they look like a more expensive flower. Not to me.  A contract stating what types of flowers are to be used is esstential in my opinion.

  I agree I wouldn't be cool with that either! Not a fan of carnations, thanks so much, I'm glad i know this now!

  I used them back in 2008.  I had mixed reviews.  The BMs and my bouquets were perfect and spot on to what we had discussed.  I loved the tall centerpieces.  But I did not like my short centerpieces (too much of orange and yellow colors compared to the rest of the flowers).  I did not a single carnation in any of my flowers.  When I was shopping around, I was set on having glass huricanes holding up the tall centerpieces, and this was the only place I looked into that offered it.
