So I called all star limo company (in my vendor review). I said that we would a partial refund since we paid $150 and hour (total $540 with tip) and they were 45 min late AND they cancelled our limo the night b4 the wedding and gave us a bus with no air conditioning- which we didnt even stay on.His ACTUAL response to me was that "well, Mike (DH) had a good time" what?!!? what does that matter? I told him, well Mike had a good time bc he just got married
I told him we decided to make the best of it and have a good time bc it was not the appropriate time to deal with them. He finally agreed to to give me the $$ for time they were late. I said we should also be compensated more bc we didnt get what we contracted for. He said "well most limo companies wouldnt even be talking to you" like I should be appreciative to get any refund at all. He was so rude and combative it was not productive to talk to him anymore..so I just accepted the $125.Grrrrrr....whew that was a long rant!
