Crappy Limo Update

So I called all star limo company (in my vendor review). I said that we would a partial refund since we paid $150 and hour (total $540 with tip) and they were 45 min late AND they cancelled our limo the night b4 the wedding and gave us a bus with no air conditioning- which we didnt even stay on.His ACTUAL response to me was that "well, Mike (DH) had a good time" what?!!? what does that matter? I told him, well Mike had a good time bc he just got married :) I told him we decided to make the best of it and have a good time bc it was not the appropriate time to deal with them. He finally agreed to to give me the $$ for time they were late. I said we should also be compensated more bc we didnt get what we contracted for. He said "well most limo companies wouldnt even be talking to you" like I should be appreciative to get any refund at all. He was so rude and combative it was not productive to talk to him anymore..so I just accepted the $125.Grrrrrr....whew that was a long rant! ;)

    What a total D-bag! Little does he know that you just gave a review on the knot and a bunch of future brides have seen it and they've just lost out on a lot of business. Even if they way they handled the day of your wedding may have just been a crappy day for them, the way he handled your complaint just proves that they aren't worthy of peoples time and money.

    Yay for you for standing up for yourself.  Sorry you didn't get more $$ back, but at least you got $125!

    WELL that guy will not recieve business from any OKC bridies to be! YUCK!! I hate when businesses say well other companies blah blah blah WHO CARES! I'M NOT ATTT THEIR COMPANY.
