Seamstrees cancels fitting 3 weeks before wedding!

I had a somewhat short engagement and the seamstress only had about 3 months to work on my dress in the first place and I've had 2 fittings already but we are still on the muslin dress (seamstresses often make the entire dress in cheap muslin first and work out any issues with it then recreate it in the nice fabric to minimize any alterations to the nice fabric) and today my seamstress canceled the 3rd fitting (for unspecified family reasons) and rescheduled for next week. It's 3 weeks before my wedding and by next week it'll only be 2 weeks! I trust her to finish it but want to convey my unhappiness with the cancelation. Opinions? Does this seam unprofessional? How can I convey my thoughts without being rude?

    That is very nervewracking. So what you're saying is that she'll only have 2 weeks to complete the dress using the nice fabric. I would honestly just call her and tell her your concerns. Just straight up ask her what day she can commit on having the dress done. If she says it will be done then you have to go with that...although you are going to be stressed until the end...but what else can you do? maybe start looking for another dress that is available now? Sorry, this is a very tough situation.
