    Hi! I am a transplant Canton bride. I am not from the area, but I live here now. We are getting married on Halloween this year, so I can't tell you how they were but I can say that everyone has been great to work with so far. Let me know if you want any of their contact info, here are our vendors:Napoli's - Rehearsal dinner (have a party room that seats up to 80)St. Paul's UMC - CeremonyMcKinley Grand - ReceptionBy Design - FloristJohnny V - DJ (good friend of ours who is a professional DJ)A Studio Photography - really good friends of ours who are both photographers seperately & starting a studio togetherThe Personal Touch - Rentals (backdrop, some linens)All Occassions - CakeLavender Bridal - Wedding dressComing Attractions - Bridesmaid dressesOhio Tux - tuxedoesWe are using a string quartet for our ceremony, but I don't have there name because my FMIL got them for us (I know, we're lucky)Am I missing anything? I also spoke with "Sitting Pretty" and would recommend her, we just decided against chair covers (I was out voted). And we spoke with Scott of "& Eat it too", would recommend him.     I am a Canton bride too. We are getting married on May 29, 2010. We are still in the planning process but these are the vendors we have so far: Attire: Coming Attractions: wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses Ceremony: John Knox Presbyterian Church Reception: The Quarry Golf Club Photographer: Visible Images Band: Sam Hyman Band (from Erie, PA) Hope that helps you with your planning.

    I'm a North Canton bride Church- St. Paul's North Canton Reception- La Pizzaria (so yummy! and surprisingly fancy for the name) Photographer- Tuesday Photography DJ- Russel Sound Labs Cake- Acme (their cakes are through the Manchester Rd. Akron location--very moist and tastier than a lot of the fancier, more expensive places) My dress- Filene's Basement Bridesmaid dresses- Ultimate Beginnings (they are closing Oct 1st though) Alterations- a high school classmate of mine who used to work at bridal shops doing alterations Bridal accessories- Henri's Cloud Nine Bridesmaid gifts- Etsy :-)

    I grew up in the Canton area but our wedding is going to be more towards Cleveland. So far our only Canton vendor is Corey Ann Photography and I'm extremely pleased.

    Hello, Canton bride but getting married in cuyahoga falls. Ceremony: Still working on Reception: Natatorium Flowers: Working on a quote with Nikki Rogers Cake: Scott with & eat it too....his prices can be beat, but not the taste and personal attention! Dj: Academy Djs Photography: Essence of Love....I love their work! Chair Covers: Natalyias....I wouldn't really recommned. Since shes gotten my buisness shes taken weeks to get back with answers to my questions. Sitting Pretty was very helpful and I wish I had gone with them!

    My dress: I originally went to abbotts bridal. Awesome customer serivice but didn't find my dress. We went to universal bridal. Its an hour drive but their prices can't be beat. I want to Lyndies in Massillion. Was the worse dress shopping experience I've ever had!
