I love my fiance but....

I am being ruled out for swine flu.  My mommy is sick too and she has taken good care of me.  Yet, what's going to happen when I get sick after I get married?  I know he'll try his best and I know that in itself will make me feel better, but no one can take care of me like my mom.

    I feel the same way, my mom is my heart. My close friend had a baby 2 years ago and when they were in the delivery room she told her husband - I WANT MY MOM HERE, GO GET HER! lol :)

    awwww... I totally get that. Although to be honest, as much as I want my Mommy sometimes, Matt is a great back up!

    Your mum will always be there for you, and your husband will understand that :)I'm having both my mum and my mommy in law in the delivery room, or I'm not pushing.

    awww. I heart my mommy too but I have to say when I'm sick FI really steps it up! If I have to take any medicine he puts his alarm clock on and wakes me with my pills and a glass of water. That melts my heart because mommy used to do the same thing too. As for the delivery room, lol. I think I want my FI and my mom and sisters there and that's it. Sorry momma in law.

    Aww, Mom's are the best. Your husband will be just as good. =) Love my mom too, but love when FI is there for a back up. As for delivery room, I ONLY want my mom, and fiance there. Sorry MIL, and anyone else haha.

    My FI can't make pastina and that is a sin. Although, he is wonderful to cuddle with when sick.As far the delivery room... I agree. Mom and FI only. It's not a show. And I know this will be a fight with my FMIL because our kids will most likely be her only grandchildren. Oh well, woman! Not my fault you enabled your daughter.....Oh wait, did I type that "out loud"? :x
