San Chez or Top of the B.O.B.?

I'm seriously considering San Chez or the B.O.B. I like the look of both, but I think I prefer the unique food of San Chez. Has anyone worked with either of these places? How was your experience? How was your food (and what was it)? Food is an important component for me, no run-of-the-mill prime rib or creamy chicken.
