I know this may not be a wedding hair question but I am natually a dirty blonde and would like to lighten my hair and change up my hair style a bit.  I want to my hair stylist that i've using for about 5 years and she won't dye my whole head lighter only will be hightlights in it.  I live in Seaford so can anyone recommend a great hair stylist but affordable too. (that is key since im saving for my wedding..lol)

    You'd be surprised at just how blonde you can get with highlights only! If you've been going to this chick for 5 years, trust her! And as you keep touching up the highlights, your hair gets more and more blonde.
