Reception locations

I need some major help! I am completely lost trying to find a really great place for a reception around the Scranton area. Does anyone know of any really nice outdoor places to hold a reception and maybe even a ceremony? I'm willing to hear all suggestions because I really do not know any. I am scheduled to visit the Stroudmoor Inn next weekend, but that is all the progress I have made. Thanks for any help!!

    Scranton Country Club can do a lot with outdoor space. It's a beautiful location. I'm partial because that's where we had our reception...You can also check out Nichols Village Hotel in Clarks Summit.

    Ehrhardt's Waterfront Resort. It's not far from Scranton and is amazing. Seriously, I can't get over how amazing their were for our wedding. It is beautiful, on a lake, and you can do reception and ceremony there. I would highly recommend them. www.ehrhardts.com
