Where are you sleeping on night of wedding?

So my fiance and I already live together and we're getting married in September. I think the night before the wedding I'll stay at my house and he'll probably stay at his parents. But the night of our wedding I'm not where to go? I don't want to go home but I don't really want to stay at the same hotel as all of our out-of-town guests.  We;ll be leaving early the next day for our honeymoon...should we get a nice hotel somewhere else? Or what are everyones thoughts or plans?

    We are staying at the hotel that we're having our reception at. Many of our guests will be staying there that night as well because of the awesome rates, and so they don't have to drive home after the party. I would stay at a nice hotel somewhere else, close to airport

    --- or just stay at the hotel with OOT guests- I doubt anyone will be banging on the door!

    The hotel we've booked blocks of rooms at offers a free night to the B&G if a certain number of guest rooms is booked, so we'll most likely stay there - who are we to turn down a free hotel night?  :)  I like SBs suggestion though of staying someplace nice close to the airport since you're leaving the next day for your honeymoon.

    We are actually staying at the same hotel as our guests. We want to enjoy the wedding weekend with them as much as possible so we plan on getting together with some of them the next morning for breakfast. It'll be nice to spend some time with them and make the most of their visit.

    The room for the wedding night was included in the price of our ceremony/reception package, so we will be staying there.

    I think FI and I will go home. I have this picture in my head of him carrying me across the threshold, even though I live here already. But I want a picture of that with me in my wedding dress. I haven't mentioned it to him, but if he doesn't want to do it we will probably either still stay in our apartment or find the hotel with the best deal for us. Now whether that's the same hotel as our OOT guests or somewhere different that will be something we will talk about when it comes time.
