I am looking to rent a wedding dress. Where can I rent a dress in nyc and surrounding areas?

    I think I looked into this for about 5 minutes; there really aren't very many.  I'd just do a Google search and see what you find.  If there's a place, then you should get it on a search.

    Otherwise, depending on your budget, you might as well look at ebay or get something preowned.  The rental on a dress would probably be as comparable as a guy getting a tux; many brides have found good priced dresses on ebay and seller sites that would equal what you'd pay anyway. 

    Try consignment shops as well, though many are on the pricey end since many of the dresses they take in are designer.  GL.

    they don't rent, but consider trying the Bridal Garden. I was there with a friend this weekend and they have some great dresses starting around $500. There also having a sale right now.
