Anyone do a Bride Boot Camp?

Has anyone hired a personal trainer or is going to do a BRIDE BOOT CAMP? I need to get off those last 15 lb. I don't want to go too soon because I’ll pack it back on by the date. I have plenty of time but really need to tone up more than just the pounds. The 1st time around I was a fit 145 I'm 5 9 that's my goal.

My fiance & I have been going to boot camp since February & we got engaged in April. We're continuing with boot camp though because our wedding is next April & figure we might as well keep it up. During the summer we missed 2 sessions (1 week's worth) & hated how we felt when trying to get back in the groove. The boot camp we go to is in Mesa at MCC on T/Th at 6:30-7:30pm (the instructor also teaches classes on MWF at 5:45-6:45am at Freestone Park in Gilbert). We pay around $100 each per month for 8 1-hour sessions & we love it. We've both toned up significantly & feel great! The instructor makes our workouts challenging while switching things up. I can give you the instructor's personal information if you'd like. I also know there are other boot camps around the valley. I found this one on Craig's List, but Googling them worked for me too. :o)

We aren't doing bootcamp, but on the getting in shape board everyone kept mentioning Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It's a 20 minute workout that's 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, and 1 minute abs repeated 3 times. The main point is toning while burning calories. I got it at Barnes and Noble online for $7 and figured if I stick with it it will be cheaper than getting a trainer or going to bootcamp. I was really sore after the first day, but it's getting easier.

I'm doing a fitness boot camp (not specifically bridal but women only) in Chandler. They also do them in Chandler. It's called BodyEnvy. Am I allowed to give the website? chandlerbootcamp dot com and I think you can get to the Gilbert site through it.

Hello! I went to a boot camp class on a Saturday at a local gym (24 hr fitness) and I was so sick at the end (seriously), it really kicked my booty...and I work out and hike 4 to 5 days a week. So, it definitly is a great work out! I don't know if I can commit to go every Saturday..its kind of difficult, but I'll try to go. Gogalina - how is the boot camp going? I'm going to send you an email on fb when I get home to ask you more questions about it :)
