Opinion on tie colour? PIP

So FI wants a grey suit; he thinks it compliments him better which is fine by me :)FI prefers the lighter grey but I also like the darker one; we'll see which is nicer on Sunday when we go to the store.

Now were are debating (meaning he has no input and I can't decide haha) the colour of tie for him, for his Best Man and for the ring bearer.I think it would look best if he matched me, by having a white or grey tie, or like this striped one:

　The BM could match my MOH with a tie like this one:

And the ring bearer could have a grey/white bow tie, something like this:

　What are your thoughts on the tie colours? Should they all be the same? It's a small wedding party so it's possible but would it be best to make that distinction? Would it be better for the groom to have colour? Keep in mind that the wedding is mostly white with minimal accents of eggplant/aubergine.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE picture #2 (this is exactly how I want the guys). I also like the 3rd tie.
I think the BM and RB would look great in the purple tie.

I love the third suit (light grey) and the purple tie. I'm biased though because that's what my FI will be wearing! haha But I think regardless of the color a patterned tie would be really pretty on your FI.

Try on the suits to see. I'm partial to darker grey but I know it is more complimentary to me (I"m super pale and blonde) sooooo I don't have an unbiased opinion. Since you have darker tones he probably could pull of the lighter. I like everyone having different ties. Maybe let your son pick if he wants purple or grey (I could see him saying purple is a girl color though haha). I think the tie you showed for FI would look really nice. When we went, FI walked out with two totally separate ensembles (same coat and pants but 2 shirts, 2 ties, 2 vests) since he couldn't decide. He will most likely being doing a waredrobe change because he's pretty fashion forward (mind you I don't have two dressed though haha). But, the guy at the store told us that a white shirt, white vest and royal blue tie would look really stand out. Or white tie and white vest on a black shirt. Sub in your eggplant for blue and that could be an option for FI or your BM. All white would look great with your wedding under the great suit. I'd just play with it. I never thought men's clothes were as fun as women's but with tuxes/suits there are so many accessories they actually are.

We have a very small WP too- only 2 on each side and I'm making sure the groom stands out. We're doing tuxes so he'll be in a white vest with a white tie and the best men will be in black vests with purple ties (purple is our color too!) My sister are both MOHs and will be in purple dresses. I think it's better to have the groom stand out..it's his day too :-)

I love the gray suit! My FI is doing a gray tux and he looks SO SO good. I like the color combinations you're going with so far. My FI is having the groomsmen match the GMs (navy tie) and he's going to get a peach tie which is our accent color. I think the gray is just, ah, I love it. Excellent choice
