Candles in a catholic church

Does anyone know if churches allow for candels down the aisle. I sit and think and it sound dangerous but they look awesome. I would do the vase filled with water and then candels in them I think it would be awesomw!

Depends on the church.  My church does allow them, but advises against them.  It's a narrow isle to begin with. I was thinking of doing flameless candles...it can be dangerous if a guests knocks into a real one getting into the pew, especially elderly...

You can buy hurricane vases and get LED lights (I think they allow this). It differs greatly from church to church and by priest. Our priest is super flexible but I know if you're getting married in a cathedral or more stringent church it may not be allowed. I'd check with your priest/church before you buy anything. Also- is your ceremony at night? If not the effect may be lost. Many times less is more.

Our church won't allow them but they also don't allow asile runners and the throwing of petals or anything inside or outside of church so our rules were strict. I think you need to ask your church directly.

Did you book your church yet? If so, ask the priest.

Varies by parish/priest. I wanted to use battery candles anyway because I was nervous. If you get an opaque holder, no one will be able to tell. (My girls did carry real candles down the aisle though.)
