Anyone out there who didn't have the FIRST DANCE?

After months of thinking, my FI and I really don't want to do the first dance.  We have a DJ and a dance floor so we don't mind dancing with other people to few love songs here and there to enjoy...BUT we don't want to do the first dance.We are not gracious dancers, we are shy, and we will be extremely uncomfortable and if we do dance, it will just be for the sake of tradition.Anyone who didn't have that dance?  Perhaps I need to incorporate something else..hmmmm....not sure.

    Why not have a bridal party dance instead? Have the whole bridal party meet you on the dance floor for the first dance. Or dance for 30 seconds and then have them join you?

    DH aunt had a dance where all married couples joined them on the dance floor and the DJ would ask couples who have been married for less than a month please leave the dance floor, next would be 6 months, next one year... etc. Maybe you and FI dance for a short period of time so that you can get a few pictures and then the married couples join you and have the DJ make the announcements so that you are quickly excused from all of the attention.
