How is everyone doing with their diets/workouts/health goals?What are your goals for the week

    I have been doing good overall but the past week was NOT good :(.  I have continued my workouts 5 days a week (missing just one day last week since May 10).  BUT I've been a little more lax about my dieting.  I was down 18 pounds and gained 3 this week! EEK!  I have dinners tonight and tomorrow night and then I've got to buckle down again!

    I'm just starting to work out.  My goal this week is to get into the gym and back on the treadmill.

    I just started working out this weekend. I signed up for the bar method in wc and have gone three times this week my goal is four times a week. I've been eating better so only time will tell. I am just so happy I was able to get going finally long overdue this week on exercising and getting in shape.

    I started the second stage of  "New Rules of Lifting for Women" on Monday, and still want to cry - totally overdid it. I tried running last night, but it's so not going to happen for another day. I would really like a glass of wine and a cookie.

    I finally tried on my dress again post-Bar to see if it still fit...it did (phew).  Since I only have 2 months to go (whoa!) I decided to kick my butt into gear a little bit and truly FOLLOW my weight watchers plan...I lost 2 lbs. this week and my goal is 10 more by the wedding...The move to Lafayette has been EXCELLENT for running/training for my 1/2 marathon--so many awesome trails/places to run!!  I'm up to 8 miles...hopefully the running helps take off the weight!

    I'm about 2 1/2 weeks into the starvation diet. It's going fabulously...my dress originally was very tight and the lady told me I had to lose weight. I've been going to boot camp in Vacaville with TheatreBelle07 and I'm finally seeing results. I've dropped about 10lbs and look toned for the first time in a long time. I feel good, and I had to take my dress in to get taken in at the last minute...I pick it up tomorrow (9 days prior).

    I'm not doing well food-wise this week. BUT, my new elliptical is being delivered today between 12:45 and 2:45; so I will back on track for working out.  Today is the last day before my weekend (gah, furlough fridays!) so I'll be back on track for the weekend.  Good luck ladies!
