Boudoir, anyone???

I have a boudoir shoot scheduled in May

I am nervous and excited and embarassed and scared all at the same time! But I know my fiance will love it regardless of how I end up feeling about the pictures, which will make it all worth it in the end!

I know we had discussed boudoirs briefly before...

Has anyone already done theirs? have theirs scheduled in the near future??

Any hints, tips, suggestions?? Let's chat

You are brave girl, there's no way I could do this! I am just not comfortable enough in my own skin for it to come off as anything but me looking skiddish and embarrassed. I love the way the shoots turn out though when they're done well!

Plus, I think my fiance would be like WHO GOT TO SEE YOU LIKE THAT (despite the fact that my photographer is a lady).

I can't see the original post but I am doing it too! Soon, actually! To be honest, my boudoir shoot is WAY WAY more motivation to get in shape than my wedding day - dresses can hide a lot, lingerie? Not so much.

p.s. my boudoir photos will be very tasteful, in lingerie that covers everything. No raunchy shots for me, more like pinup.

ugh stupid TK ate my post!!

my shoot is scheduled for May...I am nervous but I am 100% positve this will be my fiance's favorite gift I have ever given him! I am having a "little black book" made and am going to pack it in my suitcase and surprise him with it on our honeymoon

I just wondered if anyone who had already done it had any advice or tips, or if anyone else was in my boat and doing theirs soon

This is pretty much how I feel. I rather have him look at me then pictures of me. It doesn't make sense to me

To be honest I don't get the Boudoir shoot. I think it's wierd. What is your husband supposed to do with it really? I think my fiance would appreciate a random sexy pic text every now and then. I wouldn't want a random book of him posed shirtless in boxers for me. I think my fiance would much rather have a mixbook or something similar with clothed pics of both of us of things we have done together and trips we have taken. Something you could actually show other people and costs way less. But I could see how the shoot is great for workout motivation!

Butterfly, I'm doing mine at the end of the month and am super super exctied! It's been really great workout motivation and since FI will like me "letting my hair down" since I typically tend to be more on the preppy side than the pin-up side.
