I have limited time, a limited budget and I'm really particular about my dress, so anyone who has any information will make it onto my "Favorite People" list...
I need someone in the SE Michigan area who can make either a full dress, or just a skirt for under $400.00 in about 4 months...
I'm looking for something like this...
Corset top (which I have no issue buying seperately if someone can make me the bottom), hi-lo bottom with a hot pink tulle underlay... I need a local seamstress, because I've been losing weight and I will definitely need to try it on a few times.
