AACo Marriage License

I know this has been posted before, but my FI has off tomorrow (yah!) and suggested we go get the marriage license tomorrow.  I looked on the web site and saw that it is on Circle Drive or something like that.  Is that considered Downtown Annapolis where they have all the restaurants and stuff?  My FI suggested we go to dinner there, but I wasn't sure if that was the same area.  Just trying to figure it out before tomorrow!!  TIA!

    It's right off of Church Circle.  I'm not exactly sure if it's in the same area but Annapolis isn't that big so you could always walk a block or two. I think we're going for ours next week (in AACo).
