bridesmaids luncheon

Ok ladies, if you don't mind sharing, who paid for or will be paying for your bridesmaid's luncheon?  For all of the weddings I have been in in the past, an aunt or grandmother has paid for the meal but my mom informed me it was the bride.  If so, I need to find some extra money for my budget somewhere!Thanks!!

    I took my mom's and my bm's out for Breakfast the morning of my wedding and gave them their gifts then. (I got married at 5:30). I got married in Athens so the tab for breakfast with an awesome tip to our server was only 70 dollars.  It doesn't have to be big or fancy I think it's the thought that counts.

    My MOH insisted that the bride didn't pay for it (though I fought her on it).  We ended up not having one due to timing (got married at 11 am) and that Friday was too crazy with the rehearsal/RD.
