Bootcamp workouts??

Does anyone know of any bootcamp workouts around town that I don't have to be a member of a gym to do? How much they are? I am a member of 24 hr but can't find one that matches my schedule as I work for 8-5.TIA

Sylvester Powell Community Center in Mission, KS offers a bootcamp workout. If you're a member you get a reduced rate, but you don't have to be a member to take the class. I think they start at like 5:30 a.m. You can download their activity guide on their website to read more details.http://www.mission-ks.org/index.aspx?nid=36I think other community centers around town probably offer the same sort of thing.

I have been going to a Bridal Bootcamp that is put on at Antioch park (in Shawnee) now for 8 or 9 weeks.  It's awesome, not that expensive, and has given me great results.  Even better---you work out 2 times/week with other brides so you are all motivated towards the same goal.Check out their website: www.kcbridalbootcamp.comThey also advertise here on the Knot.

My friends and I have been doing a bridal boot camp at I-Lan park at 126th and Nall road, it is through bar none training, don't have to be a member of any gym. It is 10 dollars a class, it is on tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm and thrusdays from 6-7pm. You pay for 6 classes at a time, new class start up next tuesday. It is really nice b/c it is outside, and also after work so you have time to let off some steam. I really recommend it.

Here is one of the trainer's e-mails, his name is wilson,barnone84@gmail.com. Or just go to the bar none website.
