Anyone else having nightmares?

Last night I dreamt that I showed up to the reception and there were about 10 people there (we're expecting 200). Apparently someone had forgotten to confirm with the shuttle the day before and all of my guests had been stuck at the hotel (which, in reality, is 4 blocks from the reception.) But in my dream, everyone had already given up and gone home when the shuttle didn't show.My wedding is 8 months away and I'm having nightmares at least twice a week! Anyone else?

Haha yes, I've definitely had weird nightmares too. However, I've put a lot of the wedding planning on hold for a while (because I already have a lot of it planned), so my dreams have stopped for now. I think they got bad when I was planning/looking at wedding stuff 24/7. But I'm not getting married for 1 year, 1 week, and 1 day, so I'm sure my nightmares will be back at some point ;)

I had the exact same dream! I dreamt that only 4 people showed up but 180 had RSVP'd and I was so hurt and upset. My mom didn't even show up! She was too worried about her hair and her dress and she missed the whole ceremony... My wedding is less than 2 months away and I can only imagine that I will have more when it gets closer.I remember a lot of my dreams and the fact that I dreamt this is not a suprise to me. I keep having dreams of my teeth falling out lately also. I think it is because I am going to be self concious with everyone staring at me walking down the aisle.

Ohhh, I CONSTANTLY have dreams about my teeth falling out -- I've had that dream for YEARS. I also have reoccurring dreams about various high school or college classes too -- Like, I never went to class, and suddenly it's the end of the semester and I don't know how I'll pass. I have these dreams often; I blame the fact that I used to skip a cakewalk philosophy class in college. Ugh, I swear, it will haunt me until the day I die.

My parents also didn't show in my dream! I found them outside behind the reception hall playing Nintendo... I don't think they've played Nintendo once in their lives...

I must have had my first one the other night. FI said I woke up twice in the middle of the night shaking. I remember one time waking up startled thinking someone was standing at the foot of the bed. FI told me I woke up again later that night about 4am shaking and very hot and he asked me what was wrong and I mumbled something about 'look at all those wedding people over there' and fell right back asleep. I have no memory of this.

Yes. I totally have had nightmares about my wedding reception being moved to my old church basement, with horrible tables and ugly maroon and hunter green decor...::shudders::

O my gosh! I keep having a dream like this too! Except in my dream, EVERYONE is pregnant and can't come because they're all having babies. And all of the guys have the flu. So i have to get married in a hospital with all of these babies and sick people. Strange...

I have the dream about teeth falling out too! Did you know that if you have those dreams... it is suppose to mean that you are hiding something or have something that you want to tell but can't! My mom told me that and I was like yeah right! But then I thought about when I had the dream and sure enough, there were things I wanted to tell people but couldn't! Ever since, I haven't had those dreams anymore :) It was a much welcomed change.

That is weird. Now that you mention it, I haven't had a dream like that since I told everyone my true feelings about all of their ideas for the wedding, etc. Maybe that's all it took!! Interesting!

I have nightmares too...my latest one was when I arrive at the church to get ready, my dress has been dyed lilac purple.  Another recent dream is that I forget to start our slideshow  (although we aren't even planning to doing one) and realize this the Friday morning before and because we've already paid the $250 to rent the equipment at our venue, I'm determined to put one together and not waste our money...so I end up pulling an all nighter to finish it.

I have dreams about my teeth too! Mostly they are either crumbling or falling out - it's so real I wake up and half expect to actually be missing my teeth. I've told people about this and they seem to think I'm weird, so am glad I'm not the only one dreaming about my teeth.  :) Oh - and even AFTER you're married, you apparently still have nightmares about your wedding. Just the other night I was dreaming about having our engagement pictures taken. Our photographer wanted to go in this underground tunnel/garage that was very dark. While we were in there taking pics they locked the doors for the night and we got stuck!

Haha I've heard that thing about the teeth too! But I think I have the dreams because I'm super OCD about dental hygiene, and the thought of something happening to my teeth terrifies me! My mom is also super OCD about dental hygiene, and she has the same kind of teeth dreams, AND she also has the nightmares about college classes like I do! So strange...

I had a dream that it was my wedding day and I had forgot to schedule someone to do my hair and makeup...it just never occurred to me! In my dream, I thought to myself, Wow, I didn't expect the wedding to be here already! Oops!
