There's a huge craft store up in PA. It's called the Flower and Craft Warehouse. We are doing all our flowers in silk and got them from there. I don't really know if their prices are wholesale but they have a huge selection. I've found that it's better to buy a bush of flowers usually like 6 to 8 to a bunch instead of buying single stems. Right now they have a ton of fall stuff out. I'm not sure when they switch over seasons. http://www.flowerandcraft.com/ Hope that helps!

Potomac Floral Wholesale is located in Silver Spring.  They have a warehouse that you can go to or you can order from online.  I'm not sure exactly what their delivery area is though.    Their website is flowerwholesale.com

I am using Potomac Floral Wholesale and did a trial run with my flowers last week (for my Feb 2010 wedding). $53 got me enough flowers for my bouquet, four centerpieces and two boutonnieres. :) Also, the guy there was very helpful about pointing out which flowers would be available and reasonably priced in February (when the choices are a little slimmer).

Several online retailers are very reputable.  We used www.rosesource.com for my wedding and my friend's.  Fiftyflowers, Costco and Sam's Club are also great places to order fromDIY flower tips in wedding bio
