Outdoor ceremony near Brighton?

Does anyone know of a location in or around the Brighton area that would host an outdoor ceremony? We are having the reception in Howell and even have an officiant if we need one, but can't seem to find a location. We are pretty new to the area so I'm not sure what's around, but figured there has to be some nice parks or beaches nearby. TIA!

    I know that Oak Pointe Country Club has an outdoor ceremony location on the lake. We are having our wedding reception there - but have not decided whether we will have our ceremony there too. It may only be offered to those having a reception at OPCC - but well worth looking into! HTH!

    I would also try McHattie Park in downtown South Lyon. It is so pretty there! And not very far from Howell.

    Hi! Congrats! We are having our reception in Howell too. I really wanted an outdoor ceremony and unfortunately I gave in and decided to just have it in a church. I really wanted to use Heavenly Scent Herb Farm in Fenton but it was very pricey and the customer service was pretty poor. I was convinced that I had to have it, so FI and I went down there ready to write a check. We walked in and the owner was so rude to us and didn't care why we were there so I said no way and gave up on it. It is however the most beautiful outdoor site!! If you can afford it you'll love it! We also looked at Oak Pointe CC and although they have an outdoor site, it wasn't what we were looking for. There is a gazebo/fountain area in downtown Brighton and also one in downtown Fenton. The one in Fenton is decent, my cousin got married there. We also checked with Waldenwoods, and they won't do the ceremony without the reception. Where is your reception at?
