Questions to ask at your tasting?

We haveour tasting soon and I wanted to know if you have any questions I should ask? We're asking about a room for us after the wedding, my thought is since we're spending so much money at the hotel and a lot of our guests will be staying there as well we should get a room. Any other suggestions??

    A room typically comes with a hotel when you sign the contract. That should have been in the original contract. Ask how many waiters you will have for your guests? Do htey have any extra items that you can use? examples: cake stand, chargers, centerpieces, votive candles etc. You typically during a tasting should go over all of your day of items. What your room set-up will be, timeline, who your vendors are. So be prepared to answer any questions they might have for you.
